1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile games ("Game", "Application") developed by Volkan Games ("Developer", "We", "Us"). By downloading, installing, or playing any of our Games on your device, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please uninstall and do not use the respective Game.

2. License and Right of Use

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for non-commercial, personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game.

3. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game may contain "Virtual Currency" or "Virtual Items" (in-game items, abilities) that you can obtain by completing levels, collecting points, or watching advertisements.

• These virtual items have no monetary value in the real world and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred for real money.
• The Developer reserves the right to change, limit, or remove the value, quantity, or functionality of these virtual items without prior notice.

4. Advertisements and Third-Party Links

The Game may serve advertisements through third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob). The websites or services you are directed to by clicking on these advertisements are not under our control. The Developer cannot be held responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

5. User Conduct

By using the Game, you agree not to engage in the following actions:

• Using cheats, cheat programs, bots, or third-party software that would provide an unfair advantage in the Game.
• Disrupting the operation of the Game, overloading servers, or negatively affecting the experience of other users.
• Exploiting bugs within the Game.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All codes, designs, graphics, sounds, animations, characters, and all other content of the Game belong to the Developer and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The Developer cannot be held liable for any data loss, device damage, or any indirect/direct damages arising from the use of the Game. All risks belong to the user.

8. Changes

The Developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The changes come into effect upon the publication of the updated text within the Game or on the relevant app stores. Your continued use of the Game after the changes means that you accept the new terms.
